Good value with annual plan

I was checking out a few platforms for performance management, and Workleap's annual plan for their Employee Experience Platform seemed like the best deal. The 20% off for annual billing was a significant factor in my decision. I did the 14-day trial first to make sure it fit our needs, which was helpful. For the features included, especially the Goal Setting and OKR Tracking, the price point felt very fair. It felt like I got a good return on what I paid, and it didn't break the bank for our small team. Definitely felt worth the purchase.

Always a smooth experience

Another year, another renewal for Officevibe. It was as straightforward as ever. I've been using Workleap products for a few years now, and I've come to expect this level of consistency. The annual billing discount was still there, which is a nice bonus. It's why I keep coming back, honestly. No surprises, just solid software.

Easy setup, helpful support

I signed up for the Employee Experience Platform a few weeks ago after trying the demo. The onboarding process was pretty intuitive, and getting our team set up with the Org Chart Software and Employee Directory was smoother than I expected. Delivery was instant since it's SaaS, obviously. I had a quick question about integrating with our existing HR system, and their support team got back to me within a few hours with clear instructions. The quality of the platform seems good so far, and it's easy for managers to navigate the 1:1 Meeting Tool. It felt well-designed, not clunky like some other platforms I've used. Overall, a good experience from start to finish.

Got what we needed

So, we needed some better tools for our hybrid team, right? Stumbled onto Workleap. Decided to try out their Employee Engagement Surveys. It was pretty easy to get going. The free trial was cool, let us kick the tires without committing. We ended up subscribing because it just made sense. No drama, no weird tech issues. It just worked, which is all you really want. Our team actually used it, which is saying something.

My company is a non-profit, do they offer any special pricing for non-profits?

D Daniel R. 3 weeks ago
Yes, I'm pretty sure they do! I remember seeing something about non-profit discounts when I was signing up. Worth reaching out to their sales team.

B Barbara Hernandez 3 weeks ago
They definitely have a non-profit discount program. My friend's organization uses it. Just ask for a quote specifically for non-profits.

How does the annual billing discount work? Is it automatic or do I need a code?

E Eric Davis 3 weeks ago
It's usually automatic when you select the annual option during signup. No code needed, just pick annual instead of monthly.
2
D Daniel Ramirez 3 weeks ago
Yeah, it's not a coupon code thing. When you go to sign up and choose your plan, you'll see the discounted price for paying annually. It's built right into the pricing structure.

Are there any discount codes floating around for Workleap? Or ways to get a better price?

B Brittany Parker 1 week ago
Public promo codes are super rare, almost non-existent. Your best bet is definitely the annual billing discount, which usually saves you a decent chunk.

J Jeff Rivera 1 week ago
I think they mainly do discounts for annual commitments or if you're an enterprise customer and talk to sales directly. We got about 20% off by going annual.

Comparing Workleap with Lattice, anyone have experience with both? What are the main differences or what made you choose Workleap?

J Jacob Allen 4 weeks ago
I've used both. Workleap felt a bit more integrated, especially with the Officevibe part. Lattice is good too, but Workleap's focus on hybrid teams really stood out for us.

R Rachel R. 3 weeks ago
We looked at Lattice and Leapsome too. Workleap seemed to have a better all-in-one feel, and the recognition tools were a bit more robust, at least for our needs. Pricing was pretty competitive for annual plans.

What's included in the Officevibe plan from Workleap? Is it just surveys or more?

B Brandon 1 month ago
Officevibe is way more than just surveys. It's got the pulse surveys, feedback loops, recognition tools, and 1-on-1 meeting features. It's a pretty complete package for engagement.

A Abigail Evans 1 month ago
It's a full engagement platform. Surveys are a big part, but you also get goal setting, feedback tools, and manager training stuff. Basically everything to keep your team happy and performing.

Does Workleap integrate with anything useful? We use Slack and Teams a ton, so something that plugs into those would be awesome.

M Megan Brown 4 days ago
Oh for sure! I know it integrates with both Slack and Teams. It's actually one of the reasons we went with them.

N Nick J. 3 days ago
Yep, they definitely connect. Makes things super smooth for getting those pulse surveys out or just managing check-ins without leaving your main comms app.

Is Workleap secure enough for a larger company with sensitive employee data?

K Katie Taylor 1 week ago
They seem to take security pretty seriously. We're a medium-sized company and haven't had any issues. I know they're big on data privacy.

A Amanda White 1 week ago
From what I understand, they're built with enterprise security in mind. I've seen them mentioned in discussions about secure HR platforms, so it should be fine for sensitive data.
